I understand that the thought of starting therapy and finding the right therapist can be overwhelming, which is why I offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation to help put your mind at ease. During this call, we can briefly discuss the concerns that have brought you or your loved one to seek therapy, and I can answer any questions you may have about the process.
Online Assessment £165
Before beginning therapy, it is important to have an assessment to determine your specific needs and goals for treatment. Assessments are conducted via video call and typically last for 60-90 minutes.
We will explore the specific issues you wish to address in therapy, your past mental health history and your treatment goals. This information will help me understand your unique situation and develop a personalized treatment plan or recommendations for you.
Specialist Online Therapy £110 per session
Once you have completed an assessment and it has been determined that therapy is an appropriate treatment option, we can begin regular therapy sessions. These sessions will be conducted online.
Each session typically lasts 50 minutes and generally takes place on a weekly basis at the same time. The number of sessions needed will depend on the specific difficulties you are facing and your treatment goals. After the initial assessment, I will be able to provide you with an estimated range of the number of sessions that may be necessary.
Clinical Supervision and Private Practice Mentoring
If you are looking for an experienced BABCP accredited supervisor I may be able to help. I have been supervising in the NHS and private sector since 2014. I provide general CBT supervision and specialist supervision in working with eating disorders and trauma.
Knowing what it takes to set up a private practice I also provide private practice mentoring to support you on your own private practice venture.

Cancellation Policy
Payment is required at time of booking. If you are unable to attend or wish to cancel a booked session, cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel your appointment within this time you won’t be charged for the session, any payment received can be refunded or you can transfer the session to a different time. In any other case the full amount agreed will have to be paid. This is to cover costs incurred for reserving the therapy slot.
